Race to 2 on the winning side and race to 1 on the losing side. The player who never loses and the person who loses only once from each location will advance to play May 17 at Beer 30, 7:30p.m.

WEDNESDAY ACS:

The Wednesday night league play-offs start May 13. That is Thursday night 7:30 p.m. I will post the names of the teams and where they play. This will take an extra two weeks by playing on Wednesday and Thursday, to an already too long season.

ACS WEDNESDAY All-Stars:

It has been suggested that the All STAR tournament be held at Beer 30 on Sunday, May 23 at 2 p.m. Race to 2, double elimination. If it’s ok by you it’s ok by me. Let me know. Ed

Personal Standings

Personal standings will be posted monthly at the bars. I will continue to post team standings weekly but, if you want to see your personal position and percentage you will have to log on to this web site - www.mohavepoolplayers.com .

There will be an all-star tournament for Monday, no playoff.

Each team captain turn in the name of one representative for your team in the envelope with the score sheet.

WEDNESDAY ACS:

The Wednesday night league play-offs start May 13. That is

where they play. This will take an extra four weeks to an already too long season.

ACS All-Stars:

There will be no All-Stars this year as the winter league was toooo long. If you insist on all-stars it will have to be after Nationals in Las Vegas.

Patsy and I will be gone most of the summer. If anyone wishes to run the summer league, now is the time to step up. I will help get it started and will be back in time to help finish it. Call me and let me know. If you have a nine ball team go to your favorite bar and ask them to sponsor you. Last year there was a four person team and one had to be a woman. We played on Tuesday night. If that is what you want this year let me know. Sign up at your favorite bar. The Summer league will have to start no later than the second week of June in order to get the winter league started on time. That is why the play-offs have to start as soon as possible.

I know this is inconvenient to some of you, but if we don’t want winter and summer leagues to run into each other like this year, we will have to eliminate play-offs as they take more than four weeks to run. It’s a fact that pro teams have play-offs, but we’re not pros and we don’t have the time. Email me with suggestions.

no pay no play rule

The no pay no play rule will be enforced. If your team can’t pay its weekly dues they can’t play unless arrangements are made with Ed S. in advance. If your team is behind it’s dues it should be paid down immediately. That means put in extra money each week to catch up.
